The service

Toucan is a broker-assisted commercial real-estate platform that helps authorized users describe office requirements, review market information, organize potential properties, request tours, and communicate with the brokerage team. Toucan is not a public listing service and does not itself execute a lease.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use Toucan only for an organization you are authorized to represent. Organization administrators are responsible for their members and access decisions. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Market information

Property availability, pricing, concessions, measurements, amenities, timelines, and other market information may change, may come from third parties, and may be incomplete. Toucan and its brokerage team work to keep information useful and current, but displayed information is not a representation, warranty, offer, or binding term. Confirm material facts and transaction terms with the brokerage team and appropriate professional advisers before acting.

Acceptable use

• Do not access another organization’s information or attempt to bypass permissions or security controls.
• Do not scrape, resell, republish, or build a competing database from Toucan content without written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or misleading material.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or use automated access except through an interface Toucan expressly authorizes.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Toucan the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to provide the service and the requested brokerage support. Toucan’s software, design, compilation, branding, and proprietary market materials remain owned by Toucan or its licensors.

Availability and third-party services

Toucan may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, databases, storage, and sign-in. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Toucan is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Toucan is a decision-support and coordination tool, not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, environmental, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, diligence, negotiations, and agreements. Nothing displayed in Toucan creates a lease, agency relationship, or transaction obligation except through a separate written agreement.

Changes and contact
